19511 8/5/2025 LEGAL NOTICE GILA COUNTY PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Gila County Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on Thursday, August 21, 2025, beginning at 10:00 A.M. The hearing will take place in the Community Development Conference Room at 610 E. State Highway 260 in Payson, Arizona and will be simultaneously telecast to the Public Works Conference Room, located at 745 N. Rose Mofford Way, Globe, AZ. One or more Commission Members may participate in the meeting via Teams. REZONE CASE NUMBER, REZONP2507-001 KOOPA COUNTRY MEADOWS LLC / JAMES CRAWLEY (OWNER/ APPLICANT): Request the Planning and Zoning Commission review and provide a recommendation to the Board of Supervisors to change the zoning for Gila County Assessors tax parcel number 301-12-003P which is currently tri-zoned: Transitional Residential District (TR), Residential One District Density Twelve (R1-D12), and Commercial Two District (C2) to designate the entire parcel as Transitional Residential District (TR) and add a Trailer District (T) Overlay to allow for the development of a manufactured home community. APN 301-12-003P is located at 4176 N. Highway 87, Pine, Arizona, and is tri-zoned: Transitional Residential District (TR), Residential One District Density Twelve (R1-D12), and Commercial Two District (C2). Citizens may attend the hearing in person to provide their comments.
